CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are completely non refundable once paid. No exceptions. There are no refunds once services are rendered. A card is required to be on file for all clients. Removing your card will result in appointment cancellation. Canceling an appointment with 48 hours or less notice or no showing will result in a charge of 75% of the service price. If you are 10+ minutes late it is considered a No Show and you will be required to book a new appointment online. The only exceptions to the cancellation policy are actual emergencies like being ill, snow, icy roads or road closures. This does not apply to deposits. If there is an emergency please contact me for a one time deposit transfer within 2 weeks of the original appointment date. Excessive cancellations or no shows can result in no longer being able to book.
